STRENGTHENING SHAMPOO

Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate

Made from coconut oil, this ingredient is used to cleanse hair. It is also responsible for Valotin Strengthening Shampoo’s bubbly foam.11

Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, & Cocamidopropyl Betaine

These cleansing agents are used in many organic hair products as a foaming and gentle cleanser.

Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate

This amino acid is a thorough but gentle cleanser. It has been shown to improve the appearance of hair by boosting shine and body. 13

Chamomilla Recutita

The chamomile flower extract has been shown to support hair roots when applied topically 2

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice

Aloe vera contains vitamins A, C, and E. These three vitamins promote healthy cell growth and shiny hair. 3

Green tea

Green tea’s most abundant catechin is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which stimulates hair follicles and helps prevent damage to hair cells. 15

Cucumber

Cetrimonium Chloride

Acrylates Copolymer

This polyquat is a conditioning agent used to add moisture to hair. Compared to other polyquats, polyquaternium-10 is considered easy to remove, meaning it is less likely to create build-up.

Some alcohols are great for hair; these are fatty alcohols including cetearyl & stearyl alcohol. These alcohols smooth down damaged cuticles. 17

Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein

These proteins support thickening and volumizing hair while adding shine and manageability.

Aspartic Acid & PCA

These amino acids are commonly found in hair. It can be a humectant, meaning it attracts moisture from the air into your hair. 19

Alanine

Sodium Hydroxide
